Glenn is the leading expert on the US dealer environment and provided an overview of a study commissioned by NADA looking at how, following the pandemic, supply shortages and talk of changes to the franchise format to support electrification, the dealer business model will evolve in the US.  What’s the outlook by department, what are the general themes that affect all parts of a dealership, and where will US dealers end up in terms of profitability compared to pre-pandemic norms.
