November 2022 ICDP webinar: Consumer buying journeys – opportunities to give consumers the experience they really want
Evolving consumer behaviour and the increasing importance of meeting consumer needs continue to be a critical issue facing dealers and manufacturers over the coming years. Over the years we have conducted many consumer surveys and reported on the findings of how consumer behaviour continues to evolve, with our latest survey being the basis for a joint study conducted by ICDP and IfA looking at how buyers in the German market can be categorised into those who are engaged and those who are unengaged, and the impact these different personas have on the retail requirements for dealers.
In this webinar we delved further into these personas, following on from our webinar earlier this year, to look at how engaged and unengaged consumers act across different European markets, how these behaviours can be more fundamentally linked to differences in behaviours between markets, and the impact this will have on dealer requirements on areas such as the need for digital retailing tools and techniques.
