Consumer behaviour continues to be a key topic across the industry as buyers become more engaged with the process and have their expectations set by experiences in other industries. To keep abreast of these developments we run annual research into consumer behaviour, from quantitative surveys to dedicated focus groups.
The webinar delved into the latest results from our consumer surveys to explore the how consumer behaviour towards buying new and used cars has evolved in recent years, and how consumers are reacting to emerging trends in the industry, such as agency. We covered the whole buying journey, from pre-visit online research, through visiting dealers, to finalising the deal, highlighting the key differences in demographics and markets, and between new and used car buyers.
