‘Overview of the car crash repair market in Europe: Evolution, challenges and strategy of the key operators’

We made the synthesis of the last ICDP research works on the recent and future evolutions in the top 5 European crash repair markets. After an analysis of the implications of mega trends such as the development of ADAS, the electrification of the car parcs and the changes in customer behaviour on the body repair business at 2030, we reviewed the consequences of these trends on body repair network structures, the challenges that crash repairers have to cope with and the possible strategies they can implement to sustain their core activity.
