As part of the research for our forthcoming 'Car buyer of the future' report, we have produced a short retrospective, looking at how consumer attitudes towards car buying have changed over the past two decades, and how this then feeds into how car buyers of the future are expected to behave.
The pressure is mounting to grow BEV sales in line with the pathway to zero emissions across Europe, although the timeframe is tougher in some markets such as Norway and the UK. As Governments appear less willing to provide direct support, what are the ‘self-help’ options available to NSCs/distributors and dealers to generate higher levels of interest in BEVs, and to protect their businesses from this imposed transition?
Our aftermarket experts will report on a survey they conducted recently in France as TCG Conseil, looking at how dealers are developing the skills and services needed to support the shift to electric vehicles, in particular battery health monitoring, and battery pack repair
